The Fort Bend Kempner Cougars (Sugar Land, TX) football crushed the visiting Aldine Mustangs (Houston, TX), 58-0 in Saturday's non-league bout.

With the win, Fort Bend Kempner advances its record to 1-0 on the season. The Cougars travel to Lamar Consolidated (Rosenberg, TX) to encounter the Mustangs in a non-league bout on Friday, September 5. The Mustangs go into the bout with a record of 1-0. Lamar Consolidated won 13-6 in their recent non-league bout against Fort Bend Willowridge (Houston, TX)

The Mustangs now own a 0-1 record. They put it on the line next when they host North Forest for a non-league contest on Thursday, September 4. Aldine will battle a Bulldogs squad coming off a 61-58 non-league loss to Milby (Houston, TX). The Bulldogs record now stands at 0-1.
