The Red Devils (1-0) will now prepare for their battle against Poplar Bluff (Poplar Bluff, MO). The Mules go into the non-league battle with a 0-1 record. In their last battle, Poplar Bluff was topped by Valley View (Jonesboro, AR), 35-18, in a non-league battle.

The Stars now own a 0-1 record. They play next when they host Parkway North for a St. Louis Suburban - Green battle on Saturday, September 6. McCluer North will encounter a Vikings squad coming off a 45-0 non-league loss to Lafayette (Wildwood, MO). The Vikings record now stands at 0-1.
