Pennsylvania High School Football - Mechanicsburg beat Palmyra

August 30, 2025: Palmyra, PA 17078

The Mechanicsburg Wildcats football squad scored 35 points and limited the host Palmyra Cougars to 7 in the Wildcats league triumph on Saturday.

The Wildcats now sport a 2-0 record. They take the field next when they host Mifflin County for a Mid-Penn - Keystone test on Friday, September 5. Mechanicsburg will clash with a Huskies squad coming off a 14-0 league win over Northern York (Dillsburg, PA). The Huskies record now stands at 2-0.

With the defeat, Palmyra drops to 1-1 on the year. The Cougars travel to Hershey (Hershey, PA) to face the Trojans in a Mid-Penn - Keystone game on Friday, September 5. The Trojans enter the game with a record of 1-1. Hershey lost 22-19 in their recent league game against Shippensburg (Shippensburg, PA)
