Idaho High School Football - Woods Cross can't hold off Rigby

Rigby Trojans (Rigby, ID) fans went home in high spirits Saturday as they saw their football team tip the visiting Woods Cross Wildcats (Woods Cross, UT), 33-27 in a non-league battle.

With the win, Rigby improves its record to 2-0 on the season. The Trojans travel to Syracuse (Syracuse, UT) to play the Titans in a non-league battle on Friday, September 5. The Titans go into the battle with a record of 3-0. Syracuse won 35-7 in their recent non-league test against Bountiful (Bountiful, UT)

With the defeat, Woods Cross drops to 1-2 on the campaign. The Wildcats host Snow Canyon (St. George, UT) to meet the Warriors in a non-league test on Friday, September 5. The Warriors come into the test with a record of 3-0. Snow Canyon won 21-14 in their recent non-league test against Sierra Vista (Las Vegas, NV)
