Fans at Saturday's non-league contest between the Delta Panthers (Delta, CO) and the host Centauri Falcons (La Jara, CO), observed Delta's volleyball team hold off Centauri by a count of 2-1.

The Panthers (1-0) will now prepare for their contest against Palisade (Palisade, CO). The Bulldogs go into the non-league battle with a 0-0 record.

The Falcons now own a 1-1 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Alamosa for a battle on Tuesday, September 16.
