Illinois High School Flag Football - West Aurora can't hold off St. Laurence

St. Laurence Vikings (Burbank, IL) fans went home in high spirits Saturday as they saw their flag football team tip the visiting West Aurora Blackhawks (Aurora, IL), 28-22 in a non-league battle.

With the win, St. Laurence improves its record to 6-1 on the season. The Vikings travel to Willowbrook (Villa Park, IL) to play the Warriors in a non-league battle on Saturday, August 30. The Warriors go into the battle with a record of 1-0. Willowbrook won 32-0 in their recent non-league battle against Round Lake (Round Lake, IL)

The Blackhawks now have a 4-1 record. They play next when they travel to Bolingbrook for a non-league battle on Saturday, August 30. West Aurora will play a Raiders team coming off a 26-0 league loss to Oswego (Oswego, IL). The Raiders record now stands at 3-1.
