The Bridgeport Indians soccer squad scored 4 points and held the host Jefferson Cougars to 0 in the Indians non-league victory on Saturday.
The Indians now possess a 1-1 record. They play next when they travel to Fairmont Senior for a non-league bout on Thursday, September 4.
With the loss, Jefferson moves to 1-3 on the year. The Cougars travel to Spring Mills (Martinsburg, WV) to play the Cardinals in a Eastern Panhandle game on Tuesday, September 2. The Cardinals come into the game with a record of 1-1.
