In Saturday's non-league outing, the host Danville Warriors soccer squad scored a tight 3-2 victory over the Lafayette Jefferson Bronchos.

The Warriors (2-4) will now prepare for their outing against Pike (Indianapolis, IN). The Red Devils go into the non-league outing with a 1-2 record. In their last outing, Pike was edged by North Central (Indianapolis, IN), 1-0, in a league outing.

Next up, the Bronchos play the Kokomo Wildkats (Kokomo, IN) in a North Central outing, on Tuesday, September 2. Lafayette Jefferson will attempt to improve on its 1-2 season record. The Wildkats go into the outing with a 1-3 record after their 5-1 non-league loss to Northwestern (Kokomo, IN).
