Pennsylvania High School Soccer - Hazleton Area overwhelmed by Shikellamy

The Shikellamy Braves smashed the host Hazleton Area Cougars soccer squad by a margin of 9-1 in Saturday's non-league challenge.

The Braves now hold a 3-0 record. They play next when they host Warrior Run for a non-league challenge on Wednesday, September 3. Shikellamy will encounter a Defenders squad coming off a 3-0 non-league win over Line Mountain (Herndon, PA). The Defenders record now stands at 2-0.

With the loss, Hazleton Area moves to 1-1 on the year. The Cougars travel to Wilkes-Barre (Wilkes-Barre, PA) to encounter the Wolfpack in a Wyoming Valley 1 contest on Friday, September 5. The Wolfpack enter the contest with a record of 2-2.
