The Kalida Wildcats nipped the host St. John's Bluejays soccer squad by a margin of 1-0 in Saturday's non-league challenge.
The Wildcats now hold a 1-3 record. They play next when they travel to Miller City for a Putnam County challenge on Wednesday, September 3. Kalida will encounter a Wildcats squad coming off a 3-1 non-league loss to Defiance (Defiance, OH). The Wildcats record now stands at 1-1.
With the loss, St. John's moves to 1-4 on the year. The Bluejays host Lima Senior (Lima, OH) to encounter the Spartans in a non-league challenge on Tuesday, September 2. The Spartans go into the challenge with a record of 1-2. Lima Senior lost 8-0 in their recent non-league challenge against Ada (Ada, OH)
