California High School Football - El Camino nudges Balboa

August 30, 2025: San Francisco, CA 94112

In Saturday's non-league match, the visiting El Camino Colts football squad scored a close 29-27 victory over the Balboa Buccaneers.

The Colts (1-0) will now prepare for their match against Prospect (Saratoga, CA). The Panthers enter the non-league match with a 1-0 record. In their last test, Prospect tipped Saratoga (Saratoga, CA), 51-13, in a non-league test.

With the defeat, Balboa falls to 0-1 on the year. The Buccaneers host Terra Nova (Pacifica, CA) to face the Tigers in a non-league challenge on Saturday, September 6. The Tigers enter the challenge with a record of 1-0. Terra Nova won 41-0 in their recent non-league challenge against Jefferson (Daly City, CA)
