Cheltenham Panthers (Wyncote, PA) fans went home in high spirits Saturday as they saw their football team achieve victory over the host Central Bucks East Patriots (Doylestown, PA), 21-7 in a non-league battle.

With the win, Cheltenham upgrades its record to 1-0 on the campaign. The Panthers travel to Council Rock South (Holland, PA) to meet the Golden Hawks in a non-league test on Monday, September 15. The Golden Hawks come into the test with a record of 0-0.

With the defeat, Central Bucks East drops to 0-1 on the campaign. The Patriots travel to Council Rock North (Newtown, PA) to play the Indians in a non-league challenge on Monday, September 8. The Indians go into the challenge with a record of 0-1. Council Rock North lost 44-14 in their recent non-league challenge against Neshaminy (Langhorne, PA)
