The crowd at Saturday's non-league contest between the Ridgewood Maroons (Ridgewood, NJ) and the visiting Clifton Mustangs (Clifton, NJ), witnessed Ridgewood's football squad knock off Clifton by a tally of 30-8.

The Maroons (1-0) will now prepare for their contest against Montclair (Montclair, NJ). The Mounties go into the non-league bout with a 0-0 record.

The Mustangs now own a 0-1 record. They play next when they host Eastside for a non-league bout on Monday, September 8.
