In Saturday's non-league match, the New Braunfels Thunder Homeschool (New Braunfels, TX) volleyball squad overcame the host Valor Leander Griffins (Leander, TX), by a count of 2-0.

Next up, the Homeschool battle the Valor South Austin Falcons (Austin, TX) in a non-league battle, on Saturday, August 30. New Braunfels Thunder will attempt to improve on its 12-4 season record. The Falcons go into the battle with a 1-0 record after their 2-0 non-league win over Valor Leander (Leander, TX).

The Griffins now own a 0-2 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Valor North Austin for a non-league battle on Friday, September 19.
