Notre Dame Bulldogs (Cape Girardeau, MO) boosters exited the stadium pleased Saturday as they witnessed their soccer team knock off the host Burroughs Bombers (St. Louis, MO), 3-1 in a non-league test.

With the triumph, Notre Dame moves its record to 1-0 on the campaign. The Bulldogs travel to Murphysboro (Murphysboro, IL) to clash with the Red Devils in a non-league test on Saturday, September 6. The Red Devils come into the test with a record of 2-1.

The Bombers now sport a 1-1 record. They take the field next when they travel to Lutheran South for a ABC test on Tuesday, September 9. Burroughs will play a Lancers squad coming off a 2-1 league loss to Burroughs (St. Louis, MO). The Lancers record now stands at 0-1.
