The Cathedral Prep Ramblers held off the visiting St. Francis DeSales Stallions soccer team by a tally of 3-2 in Saturday's non-league game.
Next, the Ramblers face the North Catholic Trojans (Cranberry Township, PA) in a non-league game, on Saturday, September 6. Cathedral Prep will attempt to advance on its 2-0 season record.
The Stallions (1-2) will now prepare for their game against Bishop Hartley (Columbus, OH). The Hawks go into the Central Catholic bout with a 4-1 record. In their last bout, Bishop Hartley got by Bloom-Carroll (Carroll, OH), 5-0, in a non-league bout.
