The Fairmont Senior Polar Bears (Fairmont, WV) soccer overwhelmed the visiting John Marshall Monarchs (Glen Dale, WV), 7-0 in Saturday's non-league challenge.

The Polar Bears now hold a 2-0 record. They play next when they travel to Elkins for a Big Ten challenge on Tuesday, September 2. Fairmont Senior will encounter a Tigers squad coming off a 6-0 non-league win over Nicholas County (Summersville, WV). The Tigers record now stands at 3-0.
