Illinois High School Soccer - Homewood-Flossmoor nudges Mansueto

In Saturday's non-league outing, the visiting Homewood-Flossmoor Vikings soccer squad scored a tight 3-2 victory over the Mansueto Leopards.
The Vikings (2-1) will now prepare for their outing against Thornton Fractional North/Thornton Fractional South (Calumet City, IL). The Meteors go into the non-league outing with a 2-1 record. In their last outing, Thornton Fractional North/Thornton Fractional South got by Hinsdale South (Darien, IL), 5-4, in a non-league outing.
The Leopards now have a 1-3 record. They take the field next when they travel to Rauner for a Noble Street test on Wednesday, September 3. Mansueto will clash with a Wildcats team coming off a 9-0 league loss to Pritzker (Chicago, IL). The Wildcats record now stands at 0-1.
