In Saturday's non-league outing, the host Madison West Regents soccer squad scored a tight 2-1 win over the Oregon Panthers.
The Regents (2-0) will now prepare for their outing against Janesville Parker (Janesville, WI). The Vikings enter the Big Eight outing with a 0-2 record.
Next up, the Panthers confront the Watertown Goslings (Watertown, WI) in a Badger - Large test, on Tuesday, September 2. Oregon will attempt to move on its 0-2 season record. The Goslings come into the test with a 1-1 record after their 3-0 non-league loss to Brookfield Central (Brookfield, WI).
