New Ulm Eagles (New Ulm, MN) boosters exited the stadium thrilled Saturday as they witnessed their soccer team triumph over the visiting St. James Saints (St. James, MN), 7-0 in a league outing.

The Eagles (4-0) will now prepare for their outing against Waseca (Waseca, MN). The Bluejays go into the Class A Section 2 test with a 1-2 record. In their last test, Waseca edged Fairmont (Fairmont, MN), 4-2, in a league test.

The Saints now sport a 0-1 record.
