The Angleton Wildcats volleyball squad (Angleton, TX), dropped 2-0 in Saturday's non-league battle with the visiting Almeta Crawford Chargers (Rosharon, TX)

With the win, Almeta Crawford improves its record to 14-2 on the season. The Chargers host Ball (Galveston, TX) to encounter the Tornadoes in a non-league battle on Tuesday, September 2. The Tornadoes go into the battle with a record of 12-10. Ball won 2-0 in their recent non-league battle against Pasadena Memorial (Pasadena, TX)

The Wildcats now own a 10-6 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Brazosport for a non-league battle on Tuesday, September 2. Angleton will battle a Exporters team coming off a 3-0 non-league win over Stafford (Stafford, TX). The Exporters record now stands at 8-5.
