Texas High School Volleyball - Shepherd tips Anahuac

The Shepherd Pirates volleyball team scored 2 points and restricted the visiting Anahuac Panthers to 1 in the Pirates non-league victory on Saturday.

Next up, the Pirates confront the Colmesneil Bulldogs (Colmesneil, TX) in a non-league game, on Tuesday, September 2. Shepherd will attempt to advance on its 4-7 season record. The Bulldogs come into the bout with a 2-9 record after their 2-0 non-league loss to Corrigan-Camden (Corrigan, TX).

With the loss, Anahuac drops to 6-14 on the campaign. The Panthers host West Brook (Beaumont, TX) to clash with the Bruins in a non-league bout on Tuesday, September 2. The Bruins come into the bout with a record of 7-7. West Brook won 3-0 in their recent non-league bout against Vidor (Vidor, TX)
