Woodbury Central Wildcats (Moville, IA) backers were pleased Saturday as they witnessed their volleyball team overcome the visiting Ar-We-Va Rockets (Westside, IA), 2-0 in a non-league challenge.
The Wildcats (2-0) will now prepare for their challenge against Marcus-Meriden-Cleghorn/Remsen-Union (Marcus, IA). The Royals come into the non-league challenge with a 0-1 record.
Next, the Rockets meet the IKM/Manning Wolves (Manning, IA) in a non-league test, on Tuesday, September 9. Ar-We-Va will attempt to improve on its 0-3 season record.
