The Prestonwood Christian Lions volleyball squad (Plano, TX), was edged 2-1 in Saturday's non-league battle with the host Austin Maroons (Austin, TX)

With the win, Austin improves its record to 23-3 on the season. The Maroons travel to Cedar Park (Cedar Park, TX) to encounter the Timberwolves in a non-league battle on Saturday, August 30. The Timberwolves go into the battle with a record of 17-8. Cedar Park won 2-0 in their recent non-league battle against Reagan (San Antonio, TX)

The Lions now own a 14-4 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Duncanville for a non-league test on Saturday, August 30. Prestonwood Christian will face a Panthers and Pantherettes squad coming off a 2-1 non-league loss to Highland Park (Dallas, TX). The Panthers and Pantherettes record now stands at 19-4.
