Texas High School Volleyball - Walnut Grove tips Bishop Lynch

In Saturday's non-league challenge, the visiting Walnut Grove Wildcats volleyball squad scored a tight 2-1 win over the Bishop Lynch Friars.

With the win, Walnut Grove advances its record to 18-6 on the season. The Wildcats travel to Wylie (Wylie, TX) to face the Pirates in a non-league test on Saturday, August 30. The Pirates go into the test with a record of 10-10. Wylie lost 3-0 in their recent non-league test against Plano (Plano, TX)

With the loss, Bishop Lynch drops to 14-6 on the campaign. The Friars host Sunnyvale (Sunnyvale, TX) to play the in a non-league outing on Saturday, August 30. The come into the outing with a record of 19-1. Sunnyvale won 2-0 in their recent non-league outing against The Colony (The Colony, TX)
