Next up, the Maroons face the Ankeny Centennial Jaguars (Ankeny, IA) in a non-league outing, on Saturday, August 30. Dowling Catholic will attempt to upgrade on its 1-1 season record. The Jaguars come into the outing with a 1-0 record after their 3-1 non-league win over Indianola (Indianola, IA).

With the loss, Cedar Falls drops to 3-3 on the campaign. The Tigers travel to Waterloo West (Waterloo, IA) to play the Wahawks in a non-league outing on Tuesday, September 2. The Wahawks go into the game with a record of 0-2. Waterloo West lost 2-0 in their recent non-league game against Assumption (Davenport, IA)
