Texas High School Volleyball - Springtown over Chaparral

The Springtown Porcupines (Springtown, TX) volleyball knocked off the host Chaparral Bobcats (Killeen, TX), 2-0 in Saturday's non-league bout.

The Porcupines now possess a 25-5 record. They play next when they travel to Sachse for a non-league bout on Saturday, August 30. Springtown will clash with a Mustangs team coming off a 2-0 non-league loss to Bowie (Austin, TX). The Mustangs record now stands at 7-9.

With the loss, Chaparral drops to 3-12 on the campaign. The Bobcats host East View (Georgetown, TX) to battle the Patriots in a non-league match on Tuesday, September 2. The Patriots enter the match with a record of 12-14. East View lost 2-0 in their recent non-league match against Bowie (Austin, TX)
