The North Polk Comets volleyball team (Alleman, IA), was tipped 2-1 in Saturday's non-league contest with the visiting Denver Cyclones (Denver, IA)

The Cyclones (8-0) will now prepare for their contest against AGWSR (Ackley, IA). The Cougars enter the non-league contest with a 0-4 record. In their last contest, AGWSR was tipped by Iowa Falls-Alden (Iowa Falls, IA), 2-1, in a non-league contest.

Next, the Comets encounter the Boone Toreadors (Boone, IA) in a non-league battle, on Tuesday, September 2. North Polk will attempt to improve on its 1-5 season record. The Toreadors go into the battle with a 0-1 record after their 3-2 non-league loss to Webster City (Webster City, IA).
