California High School Volleyball - West Salem can't hold off Foothill

August 30, 2025: Palo Cedro, CA 96073

In Saturday's non-league match, the Foothill Cougars (Palo Cedro, CA) volleyball squad tipped the visiting West Salem Titans (Salem, OR), by a final score of 2-1.

Next up, the Cougars confront the Castro Valley Trojans (Castro Valley, CA) in a non-league match, on Saturday, August 30. Foothill will attempt to advance on its 4-3 season record. The Trojans enter the match with a 4-0 record after their 2-1 non-league win over McQueen (Reno, NV).

The Titans (1-3) will now prepare for their match against Middleton (Middleton, ID). The Vikings enter the non-league match with a 6-4 record. In their last match, Middleton was tipped by Bear River (Grass Valley, CA), 2-1, in a non-league bout.
