With the win, Glasgow improves its record to 4-7 on the year. The Scotties travel to Grayson County (Leitchfield, KY) to meet the Cougars in a non-league contest on Saturday, August 30. The Cougars enter the contest with a record of 5-1.

Next, the Eagles meet the Elizabethtown Panthers (Elizabethtown, KY) in a District 17 test, on Thursday, September 4. Fort Knox will attempt to improve on its 3-3 season record. The Panthers go into the test with a 4-3 record after their 2-0 non-league loss to Dwyer (Palm Beach Gardens, FL).
