In Saturday's non-league bout, the Fox Tech Buffaloes (San Antonio, TX) volleyball team knocked off the visiting San Antonio Memorial Minutemen (San Antonio, TX), by a margin of 2-0.

The Buffaloes now possess a 2-10 record. They play next when they travel to Edison for a 5A Region IV District 27 contest on Tuesday, September 2. Fox Tech will battle a Golden Bears team coming off a 2-1 non-league loss to Alice (Alice, TX). The Golden Bears record now stands at 6-9.
