The Red Devils now possess a 3-2 record. They play next when they travel to Apollo for a District 9 bout on Thursday, September 4. Owensboro will clash with a Eagles team coming off a 2-0 non-league loss to Adair County (Columbia, KY). The Eagles record now stands at 6-1.

With the loss, Green County drops to 4-4 on the campaign. The Dragons travel to John Hardin (Elizabethtown, KY) to clash with the Bulldogs in a non-league bout on Saturday, August 30. The Bulldogs enter the contest with a record of 1-2. John Hardin lost 3-2 in their recent league contest against North Hardin (Radcliff, KY)
