The Satellites (8-5) will now prepare for their contest against North Newton (Morocco, IN). The Spartans enter the non-league contest with a 0-7 record. In their last contest, North Newton was knocked off by Faith Christian (Lafayette, IN), 3-0, in a league contest.

Next, the Wolves battle the Whiting Oilers (Whiting, IN) in a non-league contest, on Tuesday, September 2. Hammond Central will attempt to upgrade on its 0-4 season record. The Oilers enter the contest with a 4-3 record after their 2-0 non-league loss to Washington Township (Valparaiso, IN).
