Alabama High School Volleyball - Hazel Green over Wilson

Fans at Saturday's non-league contest between the Hazel Green Trojans (Hazel Green, AL) and the visiting Wilson Warriors (Florence, AL), observed Hazel Green's volleyball team top Wilson by a count of 2-0.

The Trojans (10-1) will now prepare for their contest against Pelham (Pelham, AL). The Panthers enter the non-league contest with a 2-5 record. In their last contest, Pelham was knocked off by Oak Mountain (Birmingham, AL), 3-0, in a non-league contest.

Next, the Warriors encounter the West Morgan Rebels (Trinity, AL) in a non-league battle, on Tuesday, September 2. Wilson will attempt to improve on its 9-5 season record. The Rebels go into the battle with a 5-9 record after their 2-0 non-league loss to Deshler (Tuscumbia, AL).
