Fans at Saturday's non-league contest between the Kewanee Boilermakers (Kewanee, IL) and the host Lewistown Indians (Lewistown, IL), observed Kewanee's volleyball team top Lewistown by a count of 2-0.

With the win, Kewanee improves its record to 3-4 on the season. The Boilermakers travel to Geneseo (Geneseo, IL) to encounter the Maple Leafs in a non-league battle on Saturday, August 30. The Maple Leafs go into the battle with a record of 1-0. Geneseo won 2-0 in their recent non-league battle against Rock Falls (Rock Falls, IL)

The Indians now own a 1-2 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Elmwood for a Inter County battle on Tuesday, September 2. Lewistown will meet a Trojans team coming off a 2-0 non-league win over Abingdon/Avon (Abingdon, IL). The Trojans record now stands at 6-1.
