In Saturday's non-league challenge, the host Marist RedHawks volleyball team scored a 2-0 triumph over the Lockport Porters.

The RedHawks (3-0) will now prepare for their challenge against St. Francis (Wheaton, IL). The Spartans come into the non-league challenge with a 1-0 record. In their last challenge, St. Francis beat Rosary (Aurora, IL), 2-0, in a non-league challenge.

Next, the Porters meet the Plainfield East Bengals (Plainfield, IL) in a non-league challenge, on Thursday, September 4. Lockport will attempt to upgrade on its 5-1 season record. The Bengals come into the challenge with a 0-4 record after their 2-0 non-league loss to Nazareth Academy (LaGrange Park, IL).
