In Saturday's non-league challenge, the visiting Normal Community Ironmen volleyball team scored a 2-0 triumph over the Loyola Academy Ramblers.
The Ironmen (4-1) will now prepare for their challenge against Oak Park-River Forest (Oak Park, IL). The Huskies come into the non-league challenge with a 0-2 record. In their last challenge, Oak Park-River Forest lost by Lincoln-Way West (New Lenox, IL), 2-0, in a non-league challenge.
Next, the Ramblers play the Minooka Indians (Minooka, IL) in a non-league challenge, on Saturday, August 30. Loyola Academy will attempt to advance on its 4-3 season record. The Indians go into the game with a 1-0 record after their 2-0 non-league win over Bradley-Bourbonnais (Bradley, IL).
