Madrid Tigers (Madrid, IA) boosters were in high spirits Saturday as they observed their volleyball team overcome the visiting Valley Lutheran Crusaders (Cedar Falls, IA), 2-0 in a non-league challenge.

The Tigers (2-4) will now prepare for their challenge against West Central (Maynard, IA). The Blue Devils enter the non-league challenge with a 0-0 record.

Next, the Crusaders meet the West Central Blue Devils (Maynard, IA) in a non-league challenge, on Saturday, August 30. Valley Lutheran will attempt to upgrade on its 0-2 season record.
