Waco Lions (Waco, TX) followers left the game satisfied Saturday as they witnessed their volleyball team run past the host Memorial Christian Academy Warriors (Killeen, TX), 2-0 in a non-league outing.

The Lions now have a 3-8 record. They play next when they travel to Connally for a non-league game on Tuesday, September 2. Waco will face a Cadets squad coming off a 2-0 non-league loss to North Shore (Houston, TX). The Cadets record now stands at 7-16.

The Warriors (1-8) will now prepare for their outing against Buckholts (Buckholts, TX). The Badgers come into the non-league outing with a 5-2 record.
