The Triad Knights (Troy, IL) volleyball knocked off the host Metro-East Lutheran Knights (Edwardsville, IL), 2-0 in Saturday's non-league bout.

The Knights now possess a 2-3 record. They play next when they travel to LaSalle-Peru for a non-league bout on Saturday, August 30. Triad will clash with a Cavaliers team coming off a 2-0 non-league win over Princeton (Princeton, IL). The Cavaliers record now stands at 1-0.
