The Neches Tigers edged the host Non Varsity Tournament Opponent volleyball squad by a final score of 2-1 in Saturday's non-league game.
Next up, the Tigers confront the Grapeland Sandies (Grapeland, TX) in a non-league game, on Tuesday, September 2. Neches will attempt to better on its 9-12 season record. The Sandies come into the outing with a 1-7 record after their 2-1 non-league win over Kemp (Kemp, TX).
With the loss, Non Varsity Tournament Opponent drops to 33-119 on the year. The travel to Faith Academy (Marble Falls, TX) to confront the Flames in a non-league game on Saturday, August 30.
