Nemaha Central Thunder (Seneca, KS) boosters left the game satisfied Saturday as they saw their volleyball squad edge the host Valley Heights Mustangs (Blue Rapids, KS), 2-1 in a non-league test.

With the win, Nemaha Central improves its record to 1-2 on the season. The Thunder travel to Riley County (Riley, KS) to face the Falcons in a non-league test on Saturday, August 30. The Falcons go into the test with a record of 0-0.

The Mustangs now own a 0-1 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Marysville for a non-league challenge on Saturday, August 30.
