Niceville Eagles (Niceville, FL) followers were pleased Saturday as they witnessed their volleyball team overcome the host Orange Beach Makos (Orange Beach, AL), 2-0 in a non-league challenge.

The Eagles (6-3) will now prepare for their challenge against Choctawhatchee (Fort Walton Beach, FL). The Indians come into the non-league challenge with a 3-1 record. In their last challenge, Choctawhatchee beat Fort Walton Beach (Fort Walton Beach, FL), 3-0, in a non-league challenge.

Next up, the Makos confront the UMS-Wright Prep Bulldogs (Mobile, AL) in a non-league game, on Thursday, September 4. Orange Beach will attempt to advance on its 6-7 season record. The Bulldogs go into the game with a 4-2 record after their 2-0 non-league loss to Booker T. Washington (Pensacola, FL).
