Texas High School Volleyball - Peaster over Nocona

Fans at Saturday's non-league contest between the Peaster Greyhounds (Peaster, TX) and the visiting Nocona Indians (Nocona, TX), observed Peaster's volleyball team top Nocona by a count of 2-0.

The Greyhounds (20-10) will now prepare for their contest against Gunter (Gunter, TX). The Tigers enter the non-league contest with a 11-8 record. In their last contest, Gunter notched a victory over Newcastle (Newcastle, TX), 2-0, in a non-league contest.

Next, the Indians battle the Breckenridge Buckaroos (Breckenridge, TX) in a non-league contest, on Tuesday, September 2. Nocona will attempt to move on its 16-9 season record.
