In Saturday's non-league match, the Refugio Bobcats (Refugio, TX) volleyball squad overcame the host Orange Grove Bulldogs (Orange Grove, TX), by a count of 2-0.

Next up, the Bobcats battle the Tuloso-Midway Warriors & Cherokees (Corpus Christi, TX) in a non-league match, on Saturday, August 30. Refugio will attempt to move on its 10-12 season record. The Warriors & Cherokees go into the battle with a 15-6 record after their 2-0 non-league win over Taft (Taft, TX).
