Oak Ridge Trojans (El Dorado Hills, CA) backers exited the stadium pleased Saturday as they witnessed their volleyball team tip the host Rocky Mountain Grizzlies (Meridian, ID), 2-1 in a non-league outing.

The Trojans now have a 7-1 record. They play next when they travel to Woodcreek for a non-league outing on Saturday, August 30. Oak Ridge will play a Timberwolves team coming off a 2-0 non-league win over Ripon (Ripon, CA). The Timberwolves record now stands at 4-0.

With the loss, Rocky Mountain moves to 4-2 on the season. The Grizzlies travel to Boise (Boise, ID) to confront the Brave in a 6A Southern Idaho game on Tuesday, September 2. The Brave go into the game with a record of 5-3. Boise lost 3-0 in their recent league outing against Owyhee (Meridian, ID)
