The UMS-Wright Prep Bulldogs volleyball team scored 2 points and restricted the visiting Pace Patriots to 1 in the Bulldogs non-league triumph on Saturday.
The Bulldogs now have a 4-2 record. They play next when they travel to Booker T. Washington for a non-league game on Saturday, August 30. UMS-Wright Prep will confront a Wildcats squad coming off a 3-0 non-league win over Pensacola (Pensacola, FL). The Wildcats record now stands at 1-3.
The Patriots (4-6) will now prepare for their game against Elberta (Elberta, AL). The Warriors go into the non-league game with a 1-5 record. In their last game, Elberta nudged Baldwin County (Bay Minette, AL), 2-0, in a non-league game.
