In Saturday's non-league challenge, the visiting Princeton Tigers volleyball team scored a 2-0 triumph over the St. Bede Bruins.
The Tigers (3-3) will now prepare for their challenge against Sherrard (Sherrard, IL). The Tigers come into the non-league challenge with a 2-0 record. In their last challenge, Sherrard beat Kewanee (Kewanee, IL), 2-0, in a non-league challenge.
Next, the Bruins meet the Earlville Red Raiders (Earlville, IL) in a non-league challenge, on Tuesday, September 2. St. Bede will attempt to upgrade on its 1-2 season record. The Red Raiders come into the challenge with a 2-0 record after their 2-1 non-league win over Yorkville Christian (Yorkville, IL).
