The Westminster Schools of Augusta Wildcats volleyball team scored 2 points and restricted the host Putnam County War Eagles to 0 in the Wildcats non-league triumph on Saturday.
The Wildcats now possess a 5-2 record. They take the field next when they travel to Westside for a non-league game on Saturday, August 30.
The War Eagles (6-6) will now prepare for their outing against Augusta Prep (Augusta, GA). The Cavaliers come into the non-league outing with a 4-4 record. In their last outing, Augusta Prep was topped by Grovetown (Grovetown, GA), 2-0, in a non-league outing.
