The Sutter Huskies volleyball squad (Sutter, CA), was edged 2-1 in Saturday's non-league contest with the host Reno Huskies (Reno, NV)

The Huskies (4-4) will now prepare for their contest against University Prep (Redding, CA). The Panthers enter the non-league contest with a 7-2 record. In their last contest, University Prep got by Shasta (Redding, CA), 2-1, in a non-league contest.

Next, the Huskies meet the Oakdale Mustangs (Oakdale, CA) in a non-league contest, on Saturday, August 30. Sutter will attempt to move on its 6-6 season record. The Mustangs enter the contest with a 1-2 record after their 3-2 non-league loss to Sonora (Sonora, CA).
